Add 2-5 drops into your toner, lotion or cream during facials. Dilute to 2-5% with a preferred carrier oil and massage onto your skin. Add 2 drops (mixed with a carrier oil) in your aroma diffuser and inhale throughout the day at evenly spaced intervals. Add 6-8 drops into your hot bath and soak in for 20 minutes. Dissolve 3-6 drops into a warm water tub or bowl, and soak your feet for 10 minutes.
If pregnant, breastfeeding or under doctor’s care, consult a healthcare professional before use. Do not use undiluted. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. Do not use on broken skin or abrasions. Avoid contact with eyes. If contacted, rinse thoroughly and seek medical attention. Not suitable for children. Keep out of reach.
