SHIPPING AND RETURNS
DOMESTIC (SRI LANKA) SHIPPING
It's very important that we provide your package soon and safe as possible. Our delivery is outsourced by two established courier companies.
We usually ship our domestic orders using SIMPLEX COURIER SERVICES or GRASSHOPPERS COURIER SERVICES. Delivery would take between 4-8 days. We delivery islandwide for both online payments and cash-on-delivery.
Cliara Essential Oils reserves the right to select the best method of shipping for all orders.
PLEASE NOTE: Our daily shipping cutoff time is 1:00 PM. If you order after 1:00 PM, your order may be shipped the following business day. We don't process orders on Saturday, Sunday and Mercantile Holidays.
We ship worldwide. To see our affordable shipping rates, add your items to your shopping cart and in the checkout page (before adding your payment), you can select your country. Afterwards the respective courier fee would be calculated and shown to you.
Cliara Essential Oils stands behind the quality of every product it makes. Our promise to you is, if your purchase does not fulfill your need for any reason, you can return your item for a refund within 30 days of purchase. We will gladly replace it or refund your money - whichever you prefer.

Also, please make sure the lid or lids are on tightly and include the invoice ID number in the package to ensure we issue the credit to the right person. Please keep in mind, original shipping is not credited back and customers are responsible to pay for return shipping. Partial refunds may be issued for any product received in damaged condition or if significant product has been used.
ELECTRIC ROOM DIFFUSER WARRANTY
Our electric room diffusers are covered with a 90 day manufacturer's warranty. This means if the diffuser stalls working due to manufacturer’s defect at any time from 90 days of the date of purchase (invoice date), they can be replaced for an equivalent working model. We will also handle the courier for you free-of-charge.

DAMAGED ITEMS / MIS-SHIPMENTS
If your order arrived damaged, please email us a photo of the damaged arrival to our email and our customer service would be happy to assist you! Our email is firstname.lastname@example.org If you received a missing product please email us your order information at email@example.com and we would be happy to assist you!
- All shipping charges become the sole responsibility of the customer, unless it is the error of Cliara Essential Oils.
- Returned items must be in their original, undamaged packaging, and refunds will be issued only for the unused portion of the product returned.
- We do not accept returns on products that have been mixed or blended together with other ingredients. This contaminates the raw product(s) leaving us unable to asses them in the original condition in which they were received.
DISCREPANCIES & SHORTAGES
- If your order is received with any notable shortcoming, please contact customer service immediately.
- All discrepancies, shortages, broken merchandise and any requests for returns must be made within 60 days of the issued invoice date. Any requests for compensation or remediation will not be accepted after 60 days of the invoice date.
