SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY
Domestic Shipping (Sri Lanka)
-We provide islandwide shipping inside Sri Lanka.
-Most orders will ship out within a day of ordering. Your order will be shipped Standard Delivery unless you select an alternative. Once shipped, orders are generally received within 3-8 business days. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or mercantile holidays.
-While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, Cliara Essential Oils cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc.
-We try to process orders quickly. If you notice in your shipping confirmation email that you entered an incorrect shipping address, unfortunately, it's too late for us to make a change.

How do I return my order (30 -Day Returns)
-We offer a 30-day (no questions asked) return policy from the date of purchase (invoice date).
-If it is within 30 days, we will happily accept any return from you.
-Once we receive the product, we will issue a full product refund or an exchange.

-Please also make sure the lid(s) are on tightly and include the order number in the package to ensure we issue the credit to the right person.
-Please keep in mind that original shipping is not credited back and is the customer’s responsibility to pay for return shipping.
-Partial refunds may be issued for any product received in damaged condition
Damaged, defective or incorrect product(s) policy
-Damaged, defective or incorrect product(s) must be reported to us within 14 days of receipt.
-Please email us at email@example.com; include order number, a detailed description and picture of the damaged, defective or incorrect item(s) received.
-Products will be replaced with an identical product (subject to availability) free of charge or refunded, whichever is preferred.
How do I cancel or change my order?
-Orders cannot be changed or canceled online.
-Contact us immediately after placing your order, and we will do everything we can to accommodate your request.
-We recommend submitting a request to firstname.lastname@example.org. Our automated processes fill orders in less than 24 hours, so the time window for changes or cancellations is very short.
-While we cannot guarantee any changes to be made to the order once it has been placed, we will try our best to accommodate.
-If we were not able to change or cancel the order, upon its arrival, please write "Return to Cliara" on the unopened package and dispatch it to the appropriate mail carrier.
-Once we receive the package back in our facility, we will issue a full product refund
Electric Aroma Diffuser Warranty
-Our Electric Aroma Diffuser is covered with a 1 year manufacturer warranty. This means if the diffuser stalls working due to a manufacturer defect at any time from 1 year from the date of purchase (invoice date), it will be replaced for an equivalent working model free-of-charge. We will also handle the shipping for you free-of-charge.
-While we test each diffuser individually at our factory, very rarely you may come across with a device which may have a manufacture defect. If this happens, please do not worry. Please email us on email@example.com; include order number, a detailed description and a short video clip of the defective device.
-Our Electric Aroma Diffuser warranty is offered only for manufacturer defects and not for usage damages. Please do not use synthetic fragrances (synthetic chemicals) with this aroma diffuser as it can damage the device. Only use with 100% pure essential oils. The warranty is not provided if the device has used synthetic fragrances or chemicals.
-The warranty is not provided if the Aroma Diffuser has been used with synthetic fragrances or chemicals.
Jade Roller Warranty
Please kindly note we do not approve exchanges for the Jade Facial Roller, unless it is a manufacturing defect. If you do encounter a manufacturing defect for this product, please report it to us within 14 days of receipt.
-Once the bottle is opened, it is recommended to use it within 9 months for after 9 months, the colour, texture etc. can change.
