Domestic Shipping (Sri Lanka)
We provide islandwide shipping inside Sri Lanka and also ship to selected countries including Malaysia, Singapore and Maldives.
Most orders will ship out within a day of ordering. Your order will be shipped Standard Delivery unless you select an alternative. Once shipped, orders are generally received within 8 business days. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, Cliara Essential Oils cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, customs and border issues (for international shipments), service interruptions, etc. Please keep in mind that we do not cover any customs or duties fees and taxes in our shipping fees, as we have no control over them.
We try to process orders quickly. If you notice in your shipping confirmation email that you entered an incorrect shipping address, unfortunately, it's too late for us to make a change.
International Shipping (Malaysia, Singapore & Maldives only)
We currently ship to Malaysia, Singapore and Maldives. To see our affordable shipping rates, add your items to your shopping cart and in the checkout page (before adding your payment), you can select your country. Afterwards the respective courier fee would be calculated and shown to you.
Damaged, defective or incorrect product(s) policy
-Damaged, defective or incorrect product(s) must be reported to us within 14 days of receipt.
-Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org; include order number, a detailed description and picture of the damaged, defective or incorrect item(s) received.
-Products will be replaced with an identical product (subject to availability) free of charge or refunded, whichever is preferred.
Electric Aroma Diffuser Warranty
Our Electric Aroma Diffuser is covered with a 1 year manufacturer warranty. This means if the diffuser stalls working due to a manufacturer defect at any time from 1 year from the date of purchase (invoice date), it will be replaced for an equivalent working model free-of-charge. We will also handle the shipping for you free-of-charge.
While we test each diffuser individually at our factory, very rarely you may come across with a device which may have a manufacture defect. If this happens, please do not worry. Please email us on email@example.com; include order number, a detailed description and a short video clip of the defective device.
Our Electric Aroma Diffuser warranty is offered only for manufacturer defects and not for usage damages. Please do not use synthetic fragrances (synthetic chemicals) with this aroma diffuser as it can damage the device. Only use with 100% pure essential oils. The warranty is not provided if the device has used synthetic fragrances or chemicals.
- All shipping charges become the sole responsibility of the customer, unless it is the error of Cliara Essential Oils.
- Returned items must be in their original, undamaged packaging, and refunds will be issued only for the unused portion of the product returned.
- We do not accept returns on products that have been mixed or blended together with other ingredients. This contaminates the raw product(s) leaving us unable to asses them in the original condition in which they were received.
