We Provide Islandwide Delivery | Accepts Debit/Credit Card And Bank Transfer Payments


We provide islandwide shipping inside Sri Lanka and also ship to selected countries including Malaysia, Singapore and Maldives.

Most orders will ship out within a day of ordering. Your order will be shipped Standard Delivery unless you select an alternative. Once shipped, orders are generally received within 8 business days. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.

While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, Cliara Essential Oils cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, customs and border issues (for international shipments), service interruptions, etc. Please keep in mind that we do not cover any customs or duties fees and taxes in our shipping fees, as we have no control over them.

We try to process orders quickly. If you notice in your shipping confirmation email that you entered an incorrect shipping address, unfortunately, it's too late for us to make a change.

We currently ship to Malaysia, Singapore and Maldives. To see our affordable shipping rates, add your items to your shopping cart and in the checkout page (before adding your payment), you can select your country. Afterwards the respective courier fee would be calculated and shown to you.

We use Aramex, DHL, or UPS for all our international deliveries. We don't accept cash-on-delivery for international orders and only accept online payments.

We offer a 30 day (no questions asked) return policy. If it is within the 30 days, we will happily accept any return for you. Once we receive the product back, we will issue a full product refund.

Also, please make sure the lid or lids are on tightly and include the order ID number in the package to ensure we issue the credit to the right person. Please keep in mind, original shipping is not credited back and customers are responsible to pay for return shipping. Partial refunds may be issued for any product received in damaged condition or if significant product has been used.


Our electric aroma diffusers are covered with a 1 year manufacturer warranty. This means if the diffuser stalls working due to a manufacturer defect at any time from 1 year from the date of purchase (invoice date), it will be replaced for an equivalent working model. We will also handle the shipping for you free-of-charge.

- All shipping charges become the sole responsibility of the customer, unless it is the error of Cliara Essential Oils. 
- Returned items must be in their original, undamaged packaging, and refunds will be issued only for the unused portion of the product returned.
- We do not accept returns on products that have been mixed or blended together with other ingredients. This contaminates the raw product(s) leaving us unable to asses them in the original condition in which they were received.

- If your order is received with any notable shortcoming, please contact customer service immediately.
- All discrepancies, shortages, broken merchandise and any requests for returns must be made within 60 days of the issued invoice date. Any requests for compensation or remediation will not be accepted after 60 days of the invoice date.
